Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

U.S. Customers – Legal Terms & Restrictions

Due to ongoing changes in United States international trade regulations and tariffs (including those implemented under the Trade Act of 1974 and related enforcement actions), all customers based in the U.S. agree to the following terms:

  1. All refund requests, return inquiries, or chargeback disputes must be submitted within 9 business days from the date of order.

    • After this 9-business-day window, no refund, return, or chargeback requests will be accepted for any reason.

    • This policy is enforced to manage compliance costs and shipping constraints caused by tariff regulations and customs enforcement beyond our control.

  2. Loss of Package Upon Arrival to U.S. Territory
    Once your package has been successfully transferred to a U.S.-based logistics provider or customs authority, we are no longer liable for its delivery, tracking, loss, or delays.

    • This includes delays or misplacements caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any third-party shipping partner operating within the United States.

    • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, held, or misdelivered once they have left our fulfillment centers and entered the jurisdiction of U.S. logistics operations.

We strongly encourage customers to track their shipments closely and contact their local delivery carrier for any delivery concerns once the package reaches the U.S.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at customersupport@beastfinds.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Items that have been used or damaged after use are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order after the return is accepted.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
